【摘要】 集成电路组装是将电子元器件安装在集成电路板上,从而实现电子元器件的互联的过程,是电子信息行业的基础产业。本文将集成电路板组装系统优化问题划分为四个子问题:组装顺序优化问题、部品指派优化问题、组装模式优化问题以及组装线平衡优化问题。重点介绍了其中的前三类子问题的优化模型及优化算法。并通过一个应用实例说明了模型及其算法的有效性.在此基础上,提出了今后对第四类子问题的研究方向与思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the optimization problems of printed circuit board (PCB) assembly systems. The o-verall optimization problem is divided into four sub-problems: insertion sequencing problem (ISP) , reel positioning problem (RPP),assembly mode problem(AMP)and assembly line balancing problem(ALBP).The ISP for each type of PCB can be formulated as a traveling salesman problem(TSP)for a fixed reel positioning and the RPP formulated as an assignment problem for which the assignment cost is the sum of the weighted tour costs of the TSPs for a subset of PCB types. The ISPs and RPP can be solved alternately. The AMP can be formulated as a set partitioning problem(SPP) with a non-additive objective function. All the models can be heuristically solved for actual problems. Finally, some hints for the future research on ALBP are also given.更多还原
