【摘要】 目前网络计划优化的问题有两个:第一,网络计划优化技术中的顺序优化没有统一的数学模型;第二,网络计划优化中的资源平衡的理念比较陈旧。资源平衡的混合遗传算法克服了过去的弱点,采用了合理的编码方法,建立了遗传算法的资源平衡模型,该算法首次考虑了资源日历,彻底解决了资源平衡与资源得不到的矛盾。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are two problems in optimization of network plan at the moment: first, no unified mathematical model is found on sequence optimization of optimal technology of network plan ; second, the idea of resource leveling of optimization of network plan is obsolete. The hybrid genetic algorithms on resource leveling has overcome the defects existed formerly,it adopts reasonable code rule,builds resource leveling model of genetic algorithms. The algorithms consider resource calendar,it solves the contradictory of resource leveling and unavailableness completely.更多还原
