【摘要】 在分析知识类型及知识管理战略形式的基础上,指出了组织拥有不同类型的知识情况、应采取的知识管理战略与适用的信息技术三者之间的对应关系。组织中拥有隐性知识和显性知识的不同状况会采用的知识管理战略有所不同,从而使得实施知识管理战略的相应信息技术的使用也不相同。文中得出的结论对于组织实施知识管理具有战略指导意义。最后对我国企业实施知识管理战略进行了思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on analyzing the knowledge types and forms of knowledge management strategies, this paper points out that there are the corresponding relations among different types of knowledge in organizations, knowledge management strategies and information technology. Different combinations of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge in organizations can make different knowledge management strategies and different uses of information technology. The conclusions given in this paper have direction meanings to implement knowledge management in organizations. Finally, some considerations for China’s enterprises are given to implement knowledge management strategies.更多还原
