【Abstract】 Firstly, the important functions of specialized markets are raised in this paper, and different perspectives about the advantages of specialized markets are summarized from different academic schools. Then, according to model of "prisoners’ dilemma", the reasons due to credit advantage are analyzed. Finally, with the reference of some related empirical research achievements, the above conclusions are proved by example.更多还原
