【Abstract】 Under the circumstances of many commodities and small - lot orders with different time of delivery, it is an urgent and actual need for third party logistics enterprises that mixed discrete orders are accomplished with batch operation and the beginning time for each batch operation is determined. When no tardiness and earliness penalties are allowed, an optimization model, regularities and algorithm of batch operation are presented.
