【Abstract】 This paper proposes the supply chain theory of telecom operation product according to the telecom characteristics. The chain is divided into main chain producing information object and supplementary chain producing material object. After the role of every enterprise on the chain is defined, the goal and tactics of supply chain management are to put forward combining current situation.
