【Abstract】 The multi - task principal - agent research is usually focused on the time allocation of the agent. This does not always suit in all kinds of agency relationship. The author uses a binary variable to describe the second dimension of the agent’s action, anglicizing the optimal contract design between an insurance company and its agents under the special aspect of assuring the agency quality. The conclusions of this article can be generalized in other researches on delegation quality.更多还原
