【摘要】 流程建模、仿真和优化是企业变化管理的重要内容。工作流技术是近年来发展起来的流程管理信息集成技术,它为流程重组优化提供了有力的支持。但目前工作流的仿真能力还是比较薄弱的环节。另一方面出现了许多有效的流程建模和仿真工具,但它们的功能多是孤立的,大多不能支持建模、仿真和优化等环节的集成。为此探讨了它们在企业变化管理生命周期中的结合方法。上述结合综合了工作流和面向对象建模、 Petri网仿真能力等方法的优点,增强了对流程的管理功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The modeling, simulation and optimization provide a measurement to analyze and reengineer business process. Workflow systems are a valid information integrated technology, which coven the three stages of change management. They are an important tool for process analysis. But the modeling and simulation capacity of workflow model is not satisfactory. On the other hand, there have appeared many effective modeling and simulation tools of business process that are complementary to workflow systems because the tools cannot support the execution of process. In this paper, the integration method of the tools and workflow models is discussed. The method combines the advantages of them and provides a support for business process improvement.更多还原
