【Abstract】 The purpose of corporate finance is to optimize capital structure so as to maximize corporate profit and company value. With this purpose in mind, this paper is trying to establish a quantitative decision - making method , that can be used in company’s daily operations.In terms of non - difference point method , this paper goes beyond simple introduction in books and articles, and obtains an applicable formula for non - difference point by real cases and equation inferences.In addition , this paper also discusses the rules that govern the change of non - difference points.更多还原
