【Abstract】 On the basis of intercomparsion, we synthesize the various kinds of opinions in order to clarify the distinctions and relations between the concepts of nonprofit organization and the third sector, independent sector, nongovernmental organization, charitable organization, voluntary organization, intermediate organization, civil society, economie sociale and tax - exempt organization. Against to the real - life background of China, this paper also put forward several potential types of nonprofit organization and takes a view of their normalization and development.更多还原
