【摘要】 本文提出了对企业进行描述的五种实力模型,企业的实力由资产实力、人员实力、知识实力、管理实力和经营实力五种实力构成,五种实力相互联系、相互作用、相互协调、相互制约。根据企业五种实力模型,分析了企业的购并行为,对邯钢与舞钢的购并案例进行了讨论。该模型还可以用于企业实力评价、企业经营者的业绩评估、核心竞争力的培养、企业经营危机的成因分析与防范等方面。更多还原
