【Abstract】 Reinforcing enterprise’s cohesion is one important aspect of running the modem enterprise, and increasing the investment of employee’s commonweal is one approach of achieving the aim. This article starts with the analysis of Nash equilibrium model and discusses the reladon between commonweal personal unconstraint supply and personal income.At last, we analyse the interfix factors which influence the supply.更多还原
