基于信息技术的管理创新及其应用

【摘要】 近20年来,以信息技术为主导的高新技术不断涌现、导致了商业环境和竞争规则产生了深刻的变化,并产生了众多的新管理思想和管理理论。本文系统分析了信息技术支持的管理理论,并结合中国的实际研究了如何运用这些理论的思想和方法确立企业竞争优势。
【Abstract】 :In the recent twenty years,there are many new management ideals and methods have been producedwith flooding of the information technOlOgies,which leading to the changcs of the business environment andcompetitive laws.In this paper,we discuss that a firm how to create and sustain competitive advantage by thehelp ofthe new management ideals and methods according to the practices of china.
