【摘要】 目前,我国许多大型零售企业都陷入了销售额下降、效益锐减的困境。造成这种局面的原因主要有:企业面临激烈的竞争,企业信息化程度过低和企业思维模式的禁锢。2l世纪是电子商务的世纪,大型零售企业应该充分利用这个机会,使企业摆脱目前困境。作者认为,零售企业的选择应是在不放弃传统“坐商”形式的前提下,充分汲取“行商”的优势。在电子商务时代,大型零售企业可以采取如下经营方式:一是利用企业内部电子商务,搞好企业信息化改造,对企业实行现代化、科学化管理:二是跟上当今形势的发展,建立网上电子商城;三是另辟蹊径,针对当前电子商务发展中实物配送相对滞后的问题,建立社会化的实物配送体系。更多还原
