对民工参与建设工程质量保证的一项组织行为分析

【摘要】 通过对一个民工因举报雇主公司施工质量违法而出名前后际遇的组织行为分析,提出加强政府激励使优秀民工能够成为建设工程质量管理人材以提高我国建设工程质量和建设施工队伍素质的对策。 .
【Abstract】 : By Studying the organizations behaviorals on a peasaJlt-odd-jobber’s experience who exposed hisemployer,s breaking the law 0n constructing quality and well-known then,prcsents the tactics on enhance thequality of constmction engineering and the character of members of constructing enterprises of our countrybaSed upon strengmen the goVefnment urge so that excelleDt peasant-odd-jobber can be engaged in amanagement job.
