【Abstract】 :Organizational learning is all innovatory management method to shape the organization into the newform which emerged in the century of information and network-the learning organization.This paper reviewsthe history and development of System Dynamics,especially discusses the methods of organizational learningwhich based on the theory and application of Systems Dynamics.In this paper,the theory of systems thinkingWas showed in the details and also given the integrated skill with other four disciplines to promoteorganizational learning.Furthermore,as parts of systems thinking,we summarized the background the learningorganization and explored the generating mechanisms of the learning organization from the structure of themodera society.更多还原
