The Technical Change and the Funds for Science and Technology——A Positive Study on the Objective of Technical Change of Henan Province in 2000

【摘要】 运用灰色生产函数模型(G—C—D)和灰色经济计量学模型(G—E),对河南技术进步贡献率及其与科技投入的关系进行实证分析,得到一些可资决策参考的结果。
【Abstract】 The technical change and the relation between the technical change and the funds for science and technology of Henan Province are analysed with the grey production function due to C. W. Cobb and P. H. Douglas (the G-C-D) and the grey-econometrics model (the G-E). Some useful outcomes for policy-making body are obtained.
