【Abstract】 Real estate is an important asset. The more developed a region, the more vital the estate investment in it. The investors in estate market have to take risks, because many elements influence estate price. Before the decision of estate investment, investors should investigate the market, analyze those uncertain factors carefully. Finally they draft up a detailed plan.
