数字化管理模式的探讨

【摘要】 本文论述了网络经济时代下数字化管理思想的定义、理论体系、内容以及其计划、组织、激励、控制模式的原型,并总结其实现思想:以客户为中心的供应链管理和利用外部资源等。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the definition and theory system of Digital Management, and its prototypes of planning, organizing, stimulating and controlling in the WEB era. It also illustrates the realizing ideas: outsourcing and the supplying chain management whose core is client.
