【Abstract】 The Internet is developing so fast in the world, after it have been founded and become a very important economic force. From analyzing the key elements of enterprise’ s organization, which have been acted by the network economy, we predict that the enterprise’ s organization will change into one, which will depend on the network and become integrated management organization.
