【摘要】 本文首先介绍了接力技术的基本思路和方法,即根据工程项目规模大、施工强度集中等特点,以及组织管理中的工序交接影响工程和局部影响整体等问题,提出了重点研究对上道工序的“接”、对本工序的“作”和对下工序的“交”的最佳协调动作。论文进一步从事务进程中的惯性特征方面对工序的不均衡性进行了分析,论证了接力技术的合理性,引入了接力技术的网络模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper first introduces the thought of the relay technique. Engineering’s huge characteristics in scale and strength are indicated. The paper points out that engineering’s time delay often comes when one working procedure is passing on to the next, and time limit for a project is influenced by one or two working procedures. It is researched that the hamonizing action in a triple way of the ’ handing - over’ from the former working procedure, the ’doing’ at the current working procedure and the ’ taking - over’ to the next working procedure. Non - proportion of progress in working procedures is analyzed in inertia of general affairs. The net plan model of the relay technique is introduced in conclusion.更多还原
