【摘要】 本文运用系统观点,以生产要素为核心,通过对企业生产经营活动的点、线、面、体系统分析,总结归纳出企业经营管理系统矩阵。在此基础上,对MRPⅡ进行了简要分析,认为缺少战略考虑是MRPⅡ的主要不足之处,而ERP则弥补了这种缺点。并且,利用管理系统矩阵,对供应链的作用机理进行了证明,从而为信息技术在企业管理中的应用提供了一条新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, a system matrix around the productive resources has heen achieved after having analyzed the process of management in the level of point, line, side and body on the point of systematology, which indicates that lacking of strategic management is the major shortage in MRP Ⅱ while ERP has this advantage. By means of the supply chain principle based on the system matrix, it provides a new way to integrate information technology with the process of management.更多还原
