氯氰菊酯和甲基对硫磷对仔鼠神经行为的毒性

【摘要】 [目的]:探讨妊娠期混配农药暴露,对大鼠仔代神经行为发育的影响。[方法]:Wistar孕鼠于妊娠第1~15天用农药甲基对硫磷与氯氰菊酯进行连续灌胃染毒,。分别对仔鼠早划神经行为发育和Morris水迷宫空间学习和记忆能力测试。实验采刚双盲法。[结果]: 仔鼠断崖回避达标率在测试的第3、4天,高剂量组和中剂量组的达标率低于对照组(P<0.05),视觉定位达标率在测试的第1天下午,高剂量组和低剂量组的达标率低于对照组(P<0.05)。Morris水迷宫实验测试指标,各剂量组无显著性差别(P>0.05)。[结论]:大鼠孕期暴露于甲基对硫磷与氯氰菊酯混配,对仔鼠的神经行为发育可产生一定的影响。

【Abstract】 [Objective] This study aimed to detect effects of neurobehavior in offspring of Wistar rats after prenatal exposure to Methylparathion and Cypermethrin. [Methods] Methylparathion and cypermethrin were forced to pregnant Wistars from the first day to fifth day after conception, in doses of 0.0000+0.0000mg/kgBW, 0.00230mg/kgBW+ 0.8000mg/kgBW, 0.0725mg/kgBW+ 2.5265 mg/kgBW, 0.2300mg/kgBW+ 8.0000 mg/kgBW. Double blind test was used in the experiment. The development of neurobehavior was examed in offspring of Wistar rats. Meanwhile, spatial learning and memory was test by Morris water maze in offspring of Wistar rats.[Results] The cliff avoidance reflex test in the high and middle dose group were delayed than control group in third and fourth day (P<0.05). The visual placing reflex test showed that the performance of high and low dose group was lower than control group. No statistically significant difference in performance of Morris water maze was observed between treatment groups and control group. [Conclusion] Prenatal exposure to cypermethrin and methylparathion have some adverse effects on the development of neurobehavior in Wistar rats offspring.
