【摘要】 目的了解浙江省城乡学生体格发育的变化趋势与影响因素,为改进学校卫生工作,促进学生体格健康发展提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样对我省城市与乡村7-18岁学生2000年与1982年体检资料中的身高、体重、胸围和维尔维克指数的变化情况进行分析比较。结果18年间,我省各年龄组学生体格发育的各项指标均有明显增长,乡村男女生身高增幅大于城市男女生,城乡男生体重增幅比女生大,乡村男女学生胸围的增幅比城市学生小;维尔维克指数的增长趋势与胸围相似,维尔维克指数的大小表明,城市男女生身体充实度水平较高,乡村学生营养状况与充实度水平较城市学生低。结论加强对农村学生的营养改善,进行健康营养观与健康审美观的教育,重视学校教育过程卫生工作的落实,是促进学生体格健康发育的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To find out the tendency and influence facts about growth and development of students between city and country in Zhejiang Province. Method Using cluster sampling to define the numbers. Get the data of height, weight, circumference and Ververch index. Result There is great increase of each index during the eighteen years. The increase of height in country’s students is higher than those in city. On the contrary, the increase of Ververch index in country is lower. It shows that the nutrition of country’s students is lower than those in city. Conclusion Something must be done to strengthen the health education in this area.
