水解酸化—好氧移动床生物膜反应器及投加光合细菌强化系统处理餐饮废水研究

【摘要】 研究了水解酸化—好氧移动床生物膜反应器系统(HA-AMBBRs),对餐饮废水的处理性能。在水温12℃~30℃,进水 CODCr 浓度为500~4200mg/L,水解酸化阶段容积负荷2.43~19.3Kg COD/m3·d,好氧阶段容积负荷1.3~10.3Kg COD/m3·d,系统总水力停留时间9.0~12.5h 的操作条件下,出水 COD 可降到78.0~520.7mg/L,COD 去除率为83.0%~91.1%,油脂的去除率在98.9%以上。在 HA-AMBBRs 系统中投加光合细菌,能够提高处理效率,缩短水力停留时间。

【Abstract】 The Hydrolytic Acidification-Aerobic Moving Bed Biofilm Reactors(HA-AMBBRs) were used for the treatment of restaurant wastewater.With water temperature 12~30℃,influent COD 500~4200mg/L,volumetric organic loading(N_v)in hydrolytic acidification reactor (HA-MBBR)2.43~19.3KgCOD/m~3.d,N_v in aerobic reactor(AMBBR)1.3~10.3KgCOD/m~3·d, the total hydraulic retention time(HRT)of system 9.0~12.5h,the effluent COD was about 78.0~520.7mg/L and the COD removal efficiency was about 83.0%~91.1%.The removal effi- ciency of grease in restaurant wastewater was more than 98.9%.The HA-AMBBRs with bio-augmented by adding photosynthetic bacteria were of higher COD removal efficiency and less HRT。
