【摘要】 本文介绍采用膜集成技术处理鄂尔多斯羊绒集团公司洗毛、印染、漂洗和离子交换床再生等工业废水。该系统采用水膜除尘技术用废水冲洗发电厂烟道气,吸收烟道气中的酸性气体；在水力除灰过程中,由于烟道灰的吸附而使废水脱脂、脱色；经沉降除渣；曝气氧化除硫离子；超滤除菌除浊；反渗透脱盐等过程使热电厂烟道气达标排放,工业废水得到深度处理,变成软水供热电厂和生产车间回用。该系统日处理生产废水1500m~3,水收率70%。日回收烟道灰60吨,可用于生产空心砖。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the research results of synthetically treating the waster of wool washing,dyeing,domestic sewage and flue has of power plant by membrane system in Erdos Cashmere Group Corporation.This system uses the alkaline waste to adsorb the acid gases in flue gas.During the processing of removing ash,the waste water by waterpower,because of the high absorption of flue ash,the waste water is defatted and decolored.After processes such as subjsidence and filtration,the waste water is treated deeply by reverse osmosis membane.This system treats waste water 1500m3/d.The rate of recovery of water is about 70% and the production water is solf water and is reused by the power plant and recycles about 60t/d flue ash for producing hollow bricks.更多还原
