【Abstract】 In this paper,based on the radar echo strength which we all know and easy maths deducing, we associate the radar echo strength dBz with the rainfall R per hour,rectify rain coefficient in keeping with zhumadian by using the radar data of many years and edit born applicable procedure,we have monitored,estimated and early warned the short time of 6-8 hour heavy rainstorm in July.28.2006 of zhumadian,the results indicate that the distinction between the precipitation which we estimate using by the radar echo strength to the actual rainfall is very little,our business performance is good.更多还原
