【Abstract】 Areas with concentration of historical values, scenic attraction, and architectures as landmarks etc. in the Nanjing city are designed to be "areas with preferred features" , which is in attempt to set up a mechanism & system for the planning and administration of city development, henceforth serve as practical protection to features of the key areas.
