试论珠三角城边村社区发展的目标与路线

【摘要】 在珠三角工业化模式的推动下,珠三角走上了“自下外联型”的城市化道路,在城乡结合部产生了大量的“工村”,全面城市化后,工村成为城市边缘区的“城中村”,即城边村。由于珠三角的城边村数量众多,对城市发展形成了巨大的障碍,在构建和谐社会的目标指引下,城边村的社区发展作为一个新问题逐渐被重视。作为第一批探索性的研究之一,论文在实地调研和理论分析的基础上,以深圳市龙岗坪地街道六联社区为例,指出珠三角的城边村社区在发展阶段上远离成熟的城市社区,在目前还只是一种行政涵义上的社区,这决定了其社区发展的路线具有特殊性;与普通城市社区的社区发展目标不同,城边村社区应该通过社区发展推进城市化进程,避免演变为成熟的城中村;城边村社区具有边缘优势、相对优势和后发优势三大潜在优势,逐一实现这些优势就是其社区发展的路线图,当前应结合更新改造变“边缘效应”为边缘优势,在实现当前发展的同时为将来的发展打下基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Driving by the industrialization mode of PRD, the urbanization way of PRD is from bottom to top, and lots of industry villages are produced around cities. Those industry villages are becoming urban villages in urban fringe when completely urbanization and administered by the government of the city. The urban villages in urban fringe come into being a big obstacle for the development of cities in PRD. As a new problem, the community development of the villages in urban fringe attracts attention with the intention of constructing harmonious society in China As one of the first exploring researches about the problem, on the basis of locale investigating and theory analysis, with the case of Liulian community in Longgang district of Shenzhen, thesis pointes out that the development phase of village in urban fringe is far away from the mature community in cities, it is in the sense of administrative definition in fact, so its community development way is very special The community development target of the urban villages in urban fringe is different from the common community downtown, and we should turn the citifying progress of the urban village in urban fringe through the community development. In the urban village in urban fringe, there are three latent advantages that are the boundary advantage, comparative advantage and second -mover advantage. Carrying out these advantages one by one is the route of its community development We should change "the boundary effect" into "the boundary advantage" through the city renewal, avoid its turning into a mature urban village.更多还原
