【摘要】 近代上海的崛起是诸多因素共同作用的结果。从城市发展的角度来看,租界有着不可磨灭的历史作用。租界规划建设所奠定的城市中心和城市结构,无疑促进了上海的现代化进程,其影响直至今天仍未消失。本文从规划的角度对上海租界的城市建设进行思考,以期从中寻求对现今的城市规划和未来开发建设的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern Shanghais rising was the result of combined effect of many factors. In the view of urban development , concession has played an indelible historical role in this course. Construction of the urban center and city structure has undoubtedly promoted Shanghais modernized advancement and has an effect as yet. From the aspect of urban planning, this article approaches how the construction of Shanghai concession developed , so as to look for the revela-tions for the urban planning and city construction in future.更多还原
