历史城区风貌保护与城市交通——以广州历史文化名城为例

【摘要】 随着城市历史文化遗产的数量和保护实效在衡量全球城市竞争力地位的提升,历史文化名城的传统历史城区中的现代交通问题已经成为急需研究的重要课题。本文在分析广州历史城区现状存在交通问题基础上,对风貌保护和交通改善的协调关系进行了探讨:首先,明确提出了广州市历史城区的交通发展策略;其次,分别从历史文化保护区、传统格局控制线和文物保护节点三个方面制定了交通改善策略,尤其针对典型的民居保护区和骑楼街区的保护提出交通改善的建议,对下一阶段的详细保护规划编制的开展具有重要的指导意义;最后,本文指出城市交通应该为广州市历史文化名城保护服务,为广州市历史城区的繁荣发展提供基础设施的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the enhanced significance of city historical and cultural heritages in terms of quantity and conservation in global city competitiveness evaluation, the modern traffic issues of the historical districts have been observed as an topic that requires immediate solution. Based on analysis of existing traffic problems in Guangzhou’ s historical districts, the paper studies the coordinated relation between the conservation and traffic improvement. Firstly, the paper clearly puts forward the traffic development strategy of historical districts in Guangzhou; then formulates the traffic improvement strategies from three aspects, i. e. historical conservation districts, traditional district control line and cultural relic conservation nodes etc. In particular, the paper gives advices on traffic improvement related to the typical residential housing conservation district and arcade conservation blocks, which can serve as important guidelines lor the subsequent detailed conservation planning. Finally the paper points out the urban traffic should aim to facilitate the historical city conservation and offers infrastructural assurance to the prosperity ol the historical districts in Guangzhou.更多还原
