热镀锌渣真空蒸馏回收金属锌的研究

【摘要】 随着锌一次资源的减少,如何有效的回收利用热镀锌渣就显得十分重要。本文对热镀锌渣真空蒸馏回收金属锌的原理和工艺进行探讨,理论计算和实验均证实该法的可行性。工业试验表明,控制适当的条件,可以得到含锌大于99.9%的金属锌。采用真空蒸馏法处理热镀锌渣,符合建设资源节约、环境友好型社会的要求。
【Abstract】 A novel technique has been developed to recover zinc metal from industrial wastes-hot galvanized scraps by vacuum distillation.The influence of vacuum distillation conditions,including the distillation temperature,distillation time,and pressure,on the recovery and quality of zinc metal was studied.The zinc recovering technique has been applied to industrial production with the home-built equipment and the newly-developed technology.The results show that it is feasible to recover zinc from galvanized scraps,and that a judicious choice of industrial distillation conditions strongly affects the zinc recovering.The optimized vacuum distillation conditions include a distillation temperature of 1173K,a distillation time of 14 hours at a pressure of 50Pa~100Pa.Zinc metal with purity higher than 99.9%has been recovered with a direct recovering rate up to 93.37%
