强流脉冲电子束辐照316L不锈钢的显微结构研究

【摘要】 利用Nadezhda—2型强流脉冲电子束源对316L不锈钢进行表面处理。通过金相显微镜、X射线衍射和电子探针显微分析等手段测量改性样品表层的显微结构变化,发现辐照表面上形成熔坑现象,且主要集中于原始样品的组织不均匀位置,并造成处理面的少量起伏。表面改性层组织显著细化,形成(111)晶面择优取向结构,合金化元素分布变得非常均匀。
【Abstract】 Surface treatment of 316L stainless steel (SS) by high current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) was carried out on a ’Nadezhda-2’ type HCPEB source. Changes of microstructure in the near surface layers of 316L SS were characterized by optical microscopy, X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA). The HCPEB irradiation induces craters eruptions preferentially locating at positions where various irregularities concentrate, and produces surface morphology fluctuation. It is found that the averaged crystalline size was greatly refined in the near surface layers with a strongly preferred orientation of (111) plane and homogenous distribution of alloying elements.
