等离子改性工艺对硼铸铁汽缸体表面组织和性能的影响
Effects of Microstructure and Property of Plasma Beam Improving Performance Treatment on Boron Cast Iron Engines Cylinder’s Surface

【摘要】 针对柴油机气缸套磨损失效现象,采用高能等离子柬在常压下快速扫描汽缸套内表面,通过对缸套内壁进行局部硬化改性处理,获得了高硬度淬火硬化层,并对等离子改性对汽缸套表面组织和性能的影响进行了分析,工作电流越大、扫描速度越低,硬化区表层残余奥氏体含量越少;还通过工艺试验,获得了等离子改性对硬化层深度、硬度的影响规律,并对这些规律进行了理论分析。即在扫描速度不变的情况下,工作电流越大,硬化层深度越大、硬度越高;工作电流不变,扫描速度越低,硬化层深度越大、硬度越高。
【Abstract】 In order to improved cylinder fray. This page discussed that high hardness was gained by plasma beam quickly scanned cylinder inner face under normal condition ;and influence of plasma at cylinder of inner face texture was analysed, superficial coat of hardened layer had less residual austenite at higher electricity and slower scanned speed; regulation of harden layer depth and hardness which accompany with plasma changed was gained by means of craft .This regulation is that higher electricity ,the higher hardness and depth of hardened layer; higher depth of hardened layer and hardness were gained under condition that fixedness of electricity and less speed of scanned by plasma.
