【摘要】 无油螺杆真空泵是一种具有广阔应用前景和巨大市场潜力的干式真空泵,缺少具有自主知识产权的螺杆转子型线,是当前制约我国该种泵开发生产的重要问题之一。本文推出了一种适合于双螺杆式无油真空泵的单头变螺距梯形级齿凹齿面的螺杆转子型线,详细介绍了基本型线的生成原理和齿型的构造方法,给出了完整具体的型线方程和型线的一些特征参数。该种型线的可制造性优于多头螺杆转子型线,排气特性优于结构更为简单的单头等螺距转子型线,适合于螺杆式无油真空泵采用。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new profile of single thread and gradual-changed pitch screws with trapezium and concave teeth is introduced for the dry twin screws vacuum pump. The principle of creating the basic helix profile and the method of constructing the tooth surfaces are discussed. The whole set of rotor profile equations and some characteristic parameters of the rotor profile are given.更多还原
