真空高压气淬设备不同风道流动型式的数值模拟

【摘要】 真空高压气淬设备中风道的结构型式对气体流动和工件冷却均匀性有很大影响,本文采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,对真空高压气淬设备风道结构进行了分析与讨论。利用流体计算软件FLUENT模拟几种结构型式的风道静压分布和速度分布,指出了原型风道系统的不足,并给出改进方案,对于提高高压气淬性能起到了很好的指导作用.
【Abstract】 The wind tunnel structure plays an important role in gas flow and workpiece cooling uniformity in vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnace. Integrating the two methods of theoretical analysis and numeric simulation, the article analyzes and discusses the wind tunnel structure of vacuum high-pressure gas quenching fumace. Simulating static pressure and velocity distribution of different wind tunnel structure by flow software FLUENT, the original structure deficiency is pointed out and the improved ones are introduced, which can improve the performance of high-pressure gas quench.
