碳纳米管场致发射显示(CNT-FED)的新型灰度等级调制方式

【摘要】 碳纳米管在显示领域的一个比较重要的应用就是作为场发射显示器件的发射体。和其他平板显示器件一样,矩阵寻址方式也通常被用作为CNT-FED的驱动方式。本文主要探讨平板显示中的几种常见的灰度等级实现方式,特别提出根据现有的工艺条件,用脉冲宽度调制(PWM Pulse width modulation)方式实现二极管结构CNT-FED的32级灰度调制。
【Abstract】 Several ways have been developed to achieve 32-level gray scale modulation of the diode-structured carbon nanotube field emission display (COT-FED) with pulse width modulation (PWM).Discussion focuses on technological details and the exising unsolved problems.
