3英寸YAG显示管用有机膜溶液的研制

【摘要】 通过分析有机膜溶液成膜的机理与条件,研制出了3英寸YAG投影管用有机膜溶液,经过大量实验证明,消除了屏花、亮度衰减太快等质量问题,采用这种有机膜溶液制作的绿色3英寸YAG投影管的最高亮度可达140 000 cd/m2,相当于48英寸YAG投影电视,白平衡亮度可达680 cd/m2,水平分辨率达1 000电视线,完全满足HDTV的要求。
【Abstract】 A novel technique has been successfully developed to prepare good organic solutions for growth of thin films on the phosphor screen of 3 inch yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) projection tubes. In addition to elimination of luminance degradation and image blurring, the new tube enjoys many strengths. For example, the luminance of a green 3" YAG projection tube can be as high as 140 000 cd/m2 ,and the corresponding 48" YAG projection television will have a brightness of 680 cd/m2 with a horizontal resolution of 1 000 TV lines.Consequently,HDTV requirements can be satisfied.
