多半波滤光片及其设计
Multi-Half-Wave Optic Filter and Its Design

【摘要】 介绍了简单法布里-珀珞滤光片和多半波滤光片的结构和特性,并且对两者的透射率光谱特性进行了比较。分析了多半波滤光片的特点,进行了最优化的膜系设计。文中给出了一种最优化设计的程序流程图。
【Abstract】 The characteristics and structures of a simple Fabry-Perot and multi-half-wave optic filters were compared.The weaknesses in transmission property of a Fabry-Perot optic filter,such as low peak transmittance.wide band pass,narrow cutoff band,etc. , can be considerably overcome wjth a properly designed multi-half-wave optic filter. Besides, there is much room for improvement or optimization of the new filter.The flowchart used in design optimization of the multi-half-wave filter is also discussed.
