【摘要】 通过耳廓(或耳穴)辅助诊断病症的方法除望诊法(含染色法),触诊法(含测温法),压痛法(含压痕法),电探测法外,还有多数由西医或西学中的专科医师在研究和应用的,在现有耳穴专著中尚未列入耳诊法分类的刺激耳穴辅助诊断法.本文以文献综述的方法简介了刺激耳穴配合 X 线造影;在对胎心电子监护和胎儿生物物理象监测中的应用;及国外同行35年前开始一直在研究的心耳反射、血管自主信号和耳廓、躯体七个频反应区诊断法,希望能对同行,特别是对耳针爱好者有所启发并进一扩大其研究内涵.对国外近三十年来常提到的"心耳反射(ACR)"、"血管自主信号 (VAS)"和"刺激耳廓七个不同的频率响应区诊断法"等、由于多方面原因,作者一直未能搞清,虽有片面误导之虞,仍归纳有关文字介绍,目的在于希望能引起同道对国外耳诊发展的关注,急盼有条件深入了解国外耳诊工作的同道积极吸取国外同行的经验开阔我们的思路,共同发展耳诊事业。更多还原

【Abstract】 The auricular (including auricular acupoints) adjuvant diagnostic method,except inspection (including dyeing method),palpation (including thermometric method),tenderness pressing method (including impressing method) and electrical detection,there is a kind of adjuvant diagnosis method by stimulating auricular points as well,it has been mostly studied and used by specialists in western medicine or integrated doctors.It hasn’t been introduced in the published Chinese monographs of auricular acupuncture yet. This article has briefly introduced the application of ear-acupoints in the adjuvant diagnostic method by stimulating auricular points combined with X-Ray radiography,fetal heart electronic monitoring and fetal biophysical monitoring.and A.C.R.VAS,and The diagnosis by means of frequancias,those had been researched already more then 35years in European.I hope it will give some invigoration or illumination to my colleagues in acupuncture,especially those who are interested in auricular acupuncture.更多还原
