针刺对雄性家兔性成熟影响的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:观察电针刺激雄性家兔百会、肾俞等腧穴后家兔弓状核神经放电、睾酮释放、精子数量的变化,初步探讨针刺对雄性家兔性成熟过程的影响。方法:根据出生时间和睾丸的大小确定雄性家兔的性发育成熟,选择未发育成熟雄性家兔20只,随机分为针刺治疗组10只、幼年对照组5只、成年对照组5只。针刺组行电针刺激百会、肾俞等穴,连续四个疗程,每疗程10天,总疗程结束时,称重、麻醉,并采用核团微穿刺记录放电的电生理技术,记录弓状核核团放电,测精子数;每个疗程结束时抽取静脉血,留血清,测睾酮值。幼年对照组不进行任何治疗,直接测体重、记录弓状核核团放电、测睾酮值及精于数;成年对照组正常饲养.待针刺治疗组结束的同时测体重、记录弓状核核团放电、测睾酮值及精子数。最后,比较三组动物的体重、弓状核核团放电频率、睾酮值及精子数,并经过脑组织切片证实微电极正确定位于弓状核。结果:针刺治疗组在四个疗程结束后,与幼年对照组相比,家兔体重及精于数有显著增加(P<0.01),但是弓状核核团放电频率、睾酮值无显著差异(P>0.05);与成年对照组相比,除体重外(P>0.05);其余三项指标均有显著差异(P< 0.01);而成年对照组与幼年对照组相比的所有指标均存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论。针刺能够较有效地抑制雄性家兔弓状核核团放电和睾酮的释放,从而对雄性家兔性成熟有显著的延缓作用。

【Abstract】 objective: To observe the variation of the discharge of arcuate nucleus, testosterone and the quantity of sperms of male rabbits after stimulating the acu-points Baihui, Shenshu, etc used by electric needles and discuss the effect of the acupuncture therapy during the course of the virility of male rabbits in preliminary stage. Method: To select 20 prepubertal male rabbits ensured by birth time and the size of testicle and divided into 10 as acupuncture group, 5 as prepubertal control group and another 5 as pubertal control group by random. Stimulated the acu-points Baihui, Shenshu, Mingmen and Taixi of male rabbits in acupuncture group by using electric needles during the continuous four courses, each course means ten days, and each rabbit was weighed, anaesthetized, and then recorded the discharge of arcuate nucleus by nuclear micropuncture, finally assayed the quantity of sperms after the complement of the total courses. After the finish of the each course, testosterone of the every male rabbit should be tested. There was no any stimulation on two control groups which were done the same stages as the test of acupuncture group after the complement of their treatment. The results of three groups were compared at last. The exact location of microelectrodes was checked by morphological technology. Result: Compared with the prepubertal control group, the weight and the quantity of sperms of male rabbits in acupuncture group increased significantly after the four courses’ treatment. (P<0.01) However, there was no significant difference between two groups in the frequencies of the discharge of arcuate nucleus and the number of testosterone. (P>0. 05) The male rabbits in acupuncture group had significant difference with the pubertal control groups in 3 assay standards as well except the weight. In addition, there was very obvious difference between the pubertal control groups and the prepubertal control group in all assay standards. Conclusion: The discharge of arcuate nucleus and testosterone in male rabbits can be inhibited effectively by using acupuncture therapy, which retard the virility of male rabbits significantly.
