【摘要】 目的:观察针刺四神聪治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法:将86例失眠症患者按照RCT原则随机分为2组, 治疗组(针刺组)48例,对照组38例。观察两组的疗效比较。结果:治疗组48例临床痊愈24人,显效17人, 有效5人,无效2人。其痊愈率为50．00％及总有效率95．83％明显优于对照组(痊愈率为26％,总有效率76％) (P<0．01)。结论:针刺四神聪为主治疗失眠症不失为一个好的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture Sishcncong (EX-HN) main point on insomnia. Methods A total 86 cases of insomnia were randomly divided into two groups, a treatment group (n=48, acupuncture group) and a control group (n=38 , Estazolam group). Their therapeutic effects were observed after 4 therapeutic courses. Results For treatment group, 24 cases were cured, 17 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective, with the cured rate of 50. 00% and the total effective rate of 95. 83%, which were significantly better than those in the control group (the cured rate was 26% and the total effective rate was 76%. ) (P<0.01). Conclusion There is a good therapeutic method for insomnia from acupuncture Sishcncong(EX-HN) main point.更多还原
