【摘要】 针刺的目的是“调气”、结果是“气调”,也就是说只有通过调理正邪之气,令实者虚、虚者实的“调气”过程,才能够收到阴平阳秘之“气调”结果。因此,我们应当充分认识“气”在不同针刺手法中的作用,才有助于正确认识手法,才有助于正确实施手法,否则,手法就会成为一种形而上的东西,难以为临床所接受。本文通过针刺手法与“气”的相互关系的阐述,呼吁尽快明确针刺中有关“气”的内涵与外延, 及早建立针灸名词术语规范,推动针刺手法规范化研究。更多还原
