【摘要】 目的:研究隔药饼灸对高脂血症兔6-酮-前列腺素(6-Keto-PGF1α)和血栓索B2(TXB2)的影响。初步阐明隔药饼灸用于治疗高脂血症的作用机理。方法:用胆固醇高脂饮食喂养法,建立兔高脂血症模型。运用隔药饼灸进行治疗。采用放射免疫法测定治疗后血浆 6-Keto-PGF1α、TXB2。结果:隔药饼灸组6-Keto-PGF1α含量显著高于模型组(P<0．05), TXB2含量明显低于模型组(P<0．05),TXB2／6-Keto-PGF1α比值较模型组显著下降(P<0．01); 隔药饼灸组6-Keto-PGF1α、TXB2含量及TXB2／6-Keto-PGF1α比值与直接灸组比较无显著性差异(P>0．05),表明隔药饼灸与直接灸均可升高6-Keto-PGF1α的含量,降低TXB2含量,调节 TXB2／6-Keto-PGF1α的比值。且二者作用相似。结论:隔药饼灸和直接灸组均对高脂血症兔血浆6-Keto-PGF1α、TXB2的含量及TXB2／6-Keto-PGF1α的比值具有调节作用,且二者作用相近。隔药饼灸与直接灸对高脂血症兔的主动脉内皮细胞有一定的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through systemetic observation of moxibustion with medicinal cake to the regulated effect of hyperlipemia of the blood- lipid of rabbit, it expounds acting mechanism of this treatment Methods Using high fat diet of cholesterol the model of hyperlipemia is established, moxibustion with medicinal cake is used to treat it. Adopting radio- immunity, cholesterol of prostacyclin(6-Keto-PGF1α), thremboxane B2(TXB2)are determined after treatment. Results The prostacyclin (6-Keto-PGF1α) of blood plasm in group of moxibustion with medicinal cake is obviously higher than that of model group and difference has obviously remarkable meaning (P<0.05) . The content of thromboxane B2( TXB2) of blood plasma of group of moxibustion with medicinal cake is obviously lower than that of model group And the difference between them has remarkable meaning (P<0.05). The ratio of TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α of group of moxibustion with medicinal cake is obviously lower than that group of model group And the difference with management of statistics has very remarkable meaning (P<0.01). Conclusion he moxibustion with medicinal cake and direct moxibustion have regulating and treating effect to the content of 6-Keto-PGF1α, TXB2 of hyperlipemia of rabbit plasma and ratio of TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α. The moxibustion with medicinal cake and direct moxibustion have rather good protective effect to the endothelial cells of hyperlipemia of aorta of the rabbit.更多还原
