电针对应激引起的胃粘膜损伤大鼠胃粘膜肠三叶因子基因表达的影响

【摘要】 目的:比较电针对胃粘膜损伤的预保护作用各组对胃粘膜组织肠三叶因子(in- testinal trefoil factor,ITF)基因表达的影响。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、胃经组、胆经组。空白组不做任何处理,而模型组仅捆缚7天后造模,胃经组、胆经组须先捆缚电针7 日后再造模。造模采用水浸束缚法,水浸束缚10个小时。经相应处理后检测胃粘膜损伤指数 (UI),同时取各组大鼠胃粘膜组织,采用RT-PCR方法测胃粘膜组织肠三叶因子基因(ITFmR- NA)表达。结果:胃经组、胆经组与模型姐的UI经统计有极明显或明显差异(P<0.05/0.01),但电针有提高胃粘膜中的ITF mRNA的趋势,胆经组较模型组显著升高(P<0.05),胃经组较模型组升高极显著(P<0.01).结论:电针对胃粘膜组织特异性调整作用,与肠三叶因子基因表达差异有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the variance of gastric mucosal intestinal trefoil factor gene expression between groups related to protective effect via electroacupuncture. Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank group, model group, stomach tunnel group, gallbladder tunnel group. After related some procedures, all rats (except normal group) were made model by water restraint stress(WRS). Then the gastric mucosa tissure in each rat was taken off, and the expression of ITF mRNA of above tissue was detected by the reverse transcriptase - polymease chain reaction(RT - PCR) method. Results there existed extremely obvious or obvious difference between protective groups(P <0.05/0.01); electroacupuncture bad a tendency of improving the expression of gastric mucosal ITF mRNA gene: that of gallbladder tunnel group was higher than that of model group (P < 0.05), that of stomach tunnel was strongly higher than that of model group (P < 0. 01) and that of gallbladder group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Such special regulation of electroacupuncture on gastric mucosal tissue was not only related to the release of epidermal growth factor, but the expression variance of intestinal trefoil factor.
