头穴针刺对急性脑出血大鼠痛反应神经元电活动双向调节的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:从神经细胞电生理学角度探讨头穴针刺急性脑出血大鼠神经元细胞电活动的双向调节作用和机制。方法:采用自身动脉血注入法复制大鼠尾状核急性脑出血模型,应用微电极大脑神经细胞放电技术,对脑出血头穴针刺前后的甩尾反射潜伏期和痛反应神经元放电变化的双向影响进行观察。结果:急性脑出血大鼠痛反应神经元的电活动在注血早期即受到抑制,并随时间的推移而逐渐加重。显示痛反应神经元的痛兴奋性神经元和痛抑制性神经元甩尾反射潜伏期均延长,同时二者机能作用均受损而减弱。头穴针刺使甩尾反射潜伏期均缩短, 同时神经元功能恢复而达到新的平衡。结论:头穴针刺对脑出血痛反应神经元细胞的放电活动具有双向的良性调整作用。

【Abstract】 Objective to clarify the function and mechanism of bidirectional adjustment of scalp acupuncture to neuron electric - activity of rat with acute cerebral hemorrhage by nerve cell electro - physiology . Methods To prepare the Wistar rat model with acute cerebral hemorrhage by the method of injecting self - arterial blood into the caudate nucleus, then observe the effect of scalp acupuncture to latency of tail - flick and electric discharging of pain - reflection neuron by microelectrode technology. Results The result showed that the electric - activity of neuron was inhibited just in the early period of injecting blood and the inhibition would be more with the time went on. The latency of tail - flick of pain - excitation neuron and pain - inhibition neuron of pain - reflection neuron was prolong and at the same time the function of both were bring down. The latency of tail - flick of prolongation was shortened by scalp acupuncture and the function of the neuron was recovered upto new balance. Conclusion The electric - activity of pain -reflection neuron of rat with acute cerebral hemorrhage by scalp acupuncture could be adjusted bidirectly and went better.
