【Abstract】 This paper introduced the current situation on the tracing and issuing of the popular words and phrases based on the Dynamic Circulating Corpus (DCC). It laid emphasis on the delimitation and features of the popular words and phrases, characteristics and meaning of the dynamic curve drawn according to certain values of popular words and phrases in a continuous period of time, and the possibility of finding them aided by computer.
