造纸填料留着的改善及加填纸的施胶障碍控制

【摘要】 造纸填料可显著改善纸品的性能,具有重要的应用价值。然而,随其用量的增加,往往可产生一系列问题,其中填料留着及加填纸的施胶障碍问题值得给予关注。本文从国内外的相关研究进展出发,对填料留着的改善及加填纸的施胶障碍控制进行了评述,指出了相关研究的重要意义。
【Abstract】 Fillers are widely used in the papermaking industry either to lower the manufacturing cost,or to improve the critical properties of paper and paperboard products.However,there are many problems associated with the use of fillers when the loading level is relatively high,among which poor filler reten- tion and the negative effect of filler on sizing (also referred to as"sizing impediment of the filled papers) have been widely recognized.In this paper,the emerging technologies of filler retention improvement and sizing impediment inhibition were reviewed,and the importance of relevant scientific explorations was highlighted.
