雷公藤主要经济性状生长情况及相互关系的研究

【摘要】 目的了解雷公藤植物主要经济性状生长量规律,为雷公藤药材品种改良及资源综合利用提供理论依据。方法先后测定55个2年生、62个3年生雷公藤无性系植株的根系生物量、枝条鲜重、枝条条数、主要枝条粗度与长度、主要根系条数及粗度与长度,并分析主要经济性状之间的相互关系。结果雷公藤生物量地上部分与地下部分比为1:1.7~2.0;随着栽培年限的增加,根系生长进一步分化,主要根系数量明显减少;雷公藤全根鲜重与枝条鲜重、植株枝条数、最粗枝条粗度、最长枝条长度、主要根系条数、最粗根的粗度、最长根之间均存在显著的相关性;从通径分析结果来看,枝条鲜重对地下根鲜重具最大的正效应.分枝数的影响效应次之。结论雷公藤人工栽培药材产量可达到总生物量的62.9%以上;植株生长旺盛、枝条生物量大根系生物量也大,利用雷公藤枝条鲜重预测根系生物量具有很好的可靠性;在良种选育工作中,抓住枝条鲜重、植株枝条数等主因素,最粗枝条粗度和最长枝条长度两个性状就会被顾及。

【Abstract】 Objective To realize the growth’s law of main production trait of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.,provide a theoretical principle for the breed improvement and the resource’s utilization of radix et rhizoma Tripterygii.Methods To determine the biomass of root system,the fresh weight of branch, the number of branch,the thickness and length of main branch,the number,the thickness and the length of main root system,and to analyse the correlation of the main production trait.Results The ratio of bio- mass of aerial part to underground part is 1:1.7~2.0;Through the increasing of the planting year,the root system is far differentiated,the number of main root system is clearly decreacing;There are remarka- ble correlations between the fresh weight of whole root and the fresh weight of branch,the number of branch,the thickness of branch,the length of branch,the number of main root system,the thickness of the thickest root,the length of the longest root.In the view of the results of diameter,the fresh weight of brance have the most positive effect to the fresh weight of underground root,and the number of branch is next to.Conclusion The medical material production of T.wilfordii is reaching to 62.9%of the total bio- mass;With the plant growing prosperously,the biomass of branch is big and its of root system is too big. It has good reliability to forecast the biomass of root system through using the fresh weight of branch of T.wilfordii;In the course of fine breed selection,if we can tackle the main factor of the fresh weight and the number of branch,the two character of the thickness of the thickest root and the length of the longest root will be considering.
