麝香保心丸长期口服改善冠心病病人血管内皮功能的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:采用随机非盲两组平行对照的研究方法、探讨冠心病患者服用中成药麝香保心丸 (SXBXW)6个月对血管内皮功能的改善作用。方法:80例冠心病患者随机分为 SXBXW 组和对照组(1:1),两组均进行冠心病常规治疗,SXBXW 组加用 SXBXW 每次2丸(每丸22.5mg),1日3 次,维持6个月。以高分辨率超声测定的肱动脉血流介导内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)作为血管内皮功能的评价指标。分别在治疗前、治疗3个月、治疗6个月时检测 FMD,并同时进行血一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(sOD)、内皮素(ET)等血管内皮功能相关因子的检测。结果:(1)治疗3个月时两组FMD均有明显改善(P<0.05),且 SXBXW 组明显高于对照组(P <0.05)(2)治疗6个月时与治疗3个月时相比,两组 FMD 均无明显变化(P>0.05),SXBXW 组 FMD 虽仍高于对照组,但两组间未达统计学显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)治疗后,SXBXWZ 组 NO、 NOS、SOD、ET 均呈改善趋势(P<0.05),且在治疗6个月时均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者在常规治疗基础上,长期服用 SXBXW 可进一步改善血管内皮功能,且这一作用与改善血管内皮细胞 NO 系统的代谢有关。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the improve effects on vascular endothelium function of SXBXW’s long-term(6 month)administration in patients with CHD.Methods:80 patients with CHD were ran- domly arranged into the SXBXW group and the conventional group(1:1),Additional SXBXW 2 pills, po.tid.Were taken in the SXBXW group with conventional CHD therapy to all the subjects for 6 months.The ultrasound assessment of endothelial-dependent flow-mediated vasodilation(FMD)of the brachial artery was the main evaluation of vascular endothelium function,which were detected at the time of admission,the end of the 3rd month and the end of the 6th month.Meanwhile,the factors related to the endothelial function in blood were also detected,which involved nirtogen oxides(NO),nitricoxide synthase(NOS),superoxide dismutase(SOD),endothelin(ET).Results:(1)At the 3rd month,the FMD was improved significantly in both groups(P<0.05),and the SXBXW group FMD was distinctly higher than the conventional group’s(P<0.05).(2)At the 6th month,there’s no obvious change of the FMD comparing to the 3rd month in the two groups.The SXBXW group was still higher,but without sta- tistic significance.(3)The SXBXW group’s NO,NOS,SOD,ET were improved after therapy(P<0.05), and obviously better than the conventional group at the 6th month(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of CHD conventional therapy,SXBXW could further improve vascular endothelial function,by ameliorating the metabolism of the NO system.
